Licences Explained
1 license = 1 course. Read more about licensing and learner allocation.
1 license = 1 course* A license is used to allocate a course to a learner. Said learner then has 12 months to complete the course before the licence expires. Unallocated licences however, are available indefinitely. For example, if you ordered 1000 licences, and allocated 600 courses in year 1, you would still have 400 licenses left to allocate in year 2. If you didn’t use any courses in year 2, you would still have 400 licences left for year 3. *The exception is care certificate licences which must be purchased separately.
The Management Suite
Bespoke management suites for organisations of all sizes.If you are likely to need multiple manager logins, please specify this from the start as we will provide you with a completely bespoke management suite, purposefully created for your organisational needs.
There are two types of management structure.
Single site:
Large Organisations & Franchises:
All management have the same rights, except Level 2 admin users for Large Organisations & Franchises which have the additional power to add or remove management users.

Where can I view your prices?

How are the courses assessed?
Assessment is made via a multiple choice questionnaire presented at the end of the course. If the course is failed, the test can be retaken two hours later – perfect time for a bit of revision!
When/How do I get my certificates?
A digital certificate will be available for download from the portal upon successful completion of the knowledge test.
